• Across three years of involvement in the retail sector, responsibilities encompassed supervising operational activities and engaging with clientele to ensure their satisfaction
• An entire year in a role where leadership is required
• Displayed mastery in assembling, structuring, and managing elite teams
• Enthusiasm for interacting with customers and inspiring their involvement in the Nike Membership initiative
• Digital literacy involves a proactive mindset for continuous learning and swift adaptation to keep up with technology's changing needs
• Being flexible and open to working different shifts, like mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the company's requirements
• Individuals applying for the role should demonstrate the physical capacity to move, flex, lean, extend, climb up a ladder, and be on their feet for extended periods, with or without essential aid.
• Proficiency in articulating thoughts in the English language
• The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and it would be beneficial if they have also pursued post-secondary education
