Qualifications:

• Throughout a three-year period within the retail realm, tasks involved running operational processes efficiently and addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Experience in a leadership capacity for one year
• Demonstrated proficiency in assembling, structuring, and guiding high-quality teams
• The excitement of connecting with consumers and encouraging their participation in the Nike Membership opportunity
• Being digitally literate involves the motivation to constantly learn and quickly adapt to the changing technological landscape
• Demonstrating flexibility and openness to working various shifts, like mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the company's requirements
• The role mandates that candidates have the physical capability to turn, curve, kneel, extend, scale a ladder, and be upright for extended periods, with or without the necessary support.
• Gift for communicating ideas articulately in English
• Preference is given to applicants who have obtained a high school diploma or GED, and having undertaken further education is seen as a positive attribute
