Roles and Duties:

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least three years of experience working in the retail or consumer service sector
• A year of cultivating leadership skills
• Showcased capability in building, nurturing, and directing dynamic teams that consistently surpass expectations
• A true passion for inspiring customers to become part of the Nike family through active engagement
• The pace of technological change can be intimidating, but those who are digitally literate are able to embrace new technologies and use them to their advantage
• Employees must possess flexibility and be open to working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the requirements of the business
• To meet the physical requirements of the job, the candidate must possess the ability to perform activities including twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for long periods either with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Dexterity in conversing using the English language
• The preference for the role is that candidates have a high school diploma or have attained a GED; however, additional post-secondary education will be a bonus point
