Requirements:

• A high school diploma or an equal qualification is typically mandatory for most basic employment roles
• Essential requirements include a clear driving background and personal transportation for local travel, amounting to about a quarter to half of the daily schedule
• Exhibiting a solid understanding of technical processes, such as utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, operating scanners proficiently, and entering orders accurately into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Required to lift items weighing a maximum of 50 pounds without support
• Being adaptable to working both indoors and outdoors is a key requirement

Requirements:

• Candidates are encouraged to have a high school diploma or a similar qualification
• A background of one year or more in warehouse duties or using powered industrial trucks is advantageous
• Officially certified for forklift operation with a valid license
• High proficiency in both oral and written communication capabilities
• Proficient in both independent work and teamwork
• Possessing the capacity to work well with others and excel in a multicultural work environment
• Skilled in building and nurturing professional bonds across all levels of the organization (peers, teams, clients, superiors) and proficient in adapting to a diverse workplace environment
• Very meticulous and reliable
• Demonstrating punctuality and a consistent attendance pattern is key
• Shows the ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
• Exhibits a notable amount of drive and motivation
• Exhibits a strong capacity for accuracy, particularly in high-pressure scenarios
• Capacity to handle lifting and pushing/pulling tasks with weights not exceeding 35 pounds
• Capability to be vertical for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in working while following health and safety procedures
• The candidate should be open to working on multiple shifts as per the business needs
• Exhibiting a precision-focused approach alongside a commitment to thorough follow-through methods.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in warehouse activities, which could consist of loading, selecting, packaging, sending, taking in, operating forklifts, and conducting inventory counts
• Meeting the contractual performance metrics when fulfilling obligations
• In charge of the precise picking and packing of items, auditing orders, initiating totes, organizing products for transport, and handling truck loading and unloading tasks
• Tasks involve overseeing the day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, such as picking sheets, return processes, and shipping paperwork
• Supplying technical and maintenance help for different areas concerning the automated packaging system in the core shift hour of production
• Conforming to the performance assessment standards set forth in the contractual obligations
• Undertakes supplementary duties as directed.

Equipment:

• Product Handling: Managing the reception process of items such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, and anchors.
• The inventory of handling equipment may include stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as pallet jacks for various warehouse tasks
