Qualifications:

• Over a period of three years in the retail sector, tasks comprised supervising operational processes and interacting with customers in a manner that enhanced their shopping experience
• Having a year's worth of experience leading
• Established expertise in drawing in, organizing, and directing talented teams
• Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to participate in the Nike Membership program
• Digital literacy includes the motivation to stay informed and adapt swiftly to the changing technological landscape
• Showing adaptability and being willing to work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on what is needed by the company
• Individuals applying for the role should demonstrate the physical capacity to move, flex, lean, extend, climb up a ladder, and be on their feet for extended periods, with or without essential aid.
• Competence in verbalizing concepts in the English language
• Candidates are recommended to hold a high school diploma or GED, and any post-secondary education completed is regarded as a positive attribute
