Qualifications:

• A prerequisite for this position is to possess a minimum of three years of retail and/or consumer service experience
• A full year of leading and managing a team
• Displayed proficiency in building and guiding high-impact teams that reliably deliver exceptional results
• A deep dedication to connecting with buyers and encouraging them to become Nike Members
• As technology becomes more integrated into our daily lives, digital literacy will continue to be a valuable and in-demand skill
• Employees must possess flexibility and be open to working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the requirements of the business
• The candidate should possess the physical capacity to perform tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and maintaining a standing position for extended periods with or without reasonable adaptations to fulfill the job requirements.
• Talent to communicate effectively using the English language
• A candidate with a high school diploma or GED certificate would be ideal for the position; however, those with post-secondary education will be viewed favorably
