Roles and Duties:

• Providing exceptional Selling and Service is our indispensable priority. We inspire, connect, and educate our consumers to ensure a remarkable experience.
• Gives Importance to the Team and Culture by hiring, developing, and retaining critical staff.
• The establishment of a work setting that is secure, well-designed, and effective is a central objective of Operational Excellence.
• The practice of Visual Merchandising entails crafting powerful narratives that revolve around sport and style.
• Retail outlets utilize tools in their physical locations to bolster the interaction between their offline and online services.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least three years of experience working in the retail or consumer service sector
• Twelve consecutive months of leadership experience
• Established a track record of assembling and managing talented teams that consistently meet or exceed organizational goals
• A genuine interest in building lasting relationships with consumers and motivating them to join Nike
• The pace of technological change can be intimidating, but those who are digitally literate are able to embrace new technologies and use them to their advantage
• The success of the business requires employees who can work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by the company
• The job specifications mandate the ability to perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for prolonged periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently
• Although the preferred qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent certification, candidates with post-secondary education stand a strong chance of being considered
