Warehouse Worker

Roles and Duties:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders using order selection software and equipment.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets and validate the correct, damage-free items are selected.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return equipment to designated areas.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively throughout the shift.
• Move 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Ability to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and reporting purposes.
• Willingness to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Preferred: recent experience (within past 6 months) in physically demanding roles such as construction, farming, or sports.
• Preferred: experience selecting large orders in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Preferred: experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment.

Compensation and Benefits:
