Qualifications:

• It is necessary to have at least three years of relevant experience in retail and/or consumer service
• 365 days of honing leadership qualities
• Established a track record of assembling and managing talented teams that consistently meet or exceed organizational goals
• A deep dedication to connecting with buyers and encouraging them to become Nike Members
• Being digitally literate empowers individuals to take advantage of new opportunities and stay competitive in an increasingly digital world
• To meet the demands of the business, employees must be available to work a combination of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, adjusted according to the needs of the company
• The physically demanding nature of the job calls for the candidate's ability to perform tasks that involve twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable adjustments.
• Skill to articulate thoughts using the English language
• While a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is the preferred requirement, completing post-secondary education will be an added advantage
