Position Description

Requirements:

• Many jobs specify the need for a high school diploma or a similar relevant certification
• The position requires an untarnished driving history, access to a personal vehicle, and the flexibility to travel within the vicinity for an estimated 25-50% of the day
• Showing expertise in technical operations, including the proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, skilled operation of scanners, and accurately recording orders into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Obligated to be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds on one's own
• Candidates must be comfortable with transitioning between indoor and outdoor work environments

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• Those with one year or more of experience in warehouse tasks or operating powered industrial trucks are strongly encouraged to apply
• Endorsed with a valid forklift operating license
• Demonstrates excellence in both spoken and written communication skills
• Competent in working alone or as part of a team
• Proficient in teamwork and capable of navigating a diverse professional landscape
• Demonstrating the ability to create and uphold professional connections within all tiers of the company (peers, work groups, clients, managers) and proficient in navigating a diverse work environment

Responsibilities:

• Participate in warehouse responsibilities, which include loading, picking, packaging, shipping, receiving, operating forklifts, and carrying out inventory checks
• Ensuring compliance with the performance measurement criteria outlined in the contract when carrying out responsibilities
• Responsible for precisely picking and packing items, auditing orders, starting totes, arranging products for transport, and overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible for managing the paperwork tasks that occur daily in a warehouse, which include picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Assisting with technical issues and maintenance tasks related to the automated packing system within the primary operational hours
• Executing obligations in alignment with the performance measurement standards detailed in the agreement
• Performs tasks as instructed.

Equipment:

• Managing Incoming Items: Overseeing the reception and management of products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, and anchors.
• Equipment such as stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks play a critical role in material handling operations
