Qualifications:

• Throughout a three-year period within the retail realm, tasks involved running operational processes efficiently and addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• A year of experience overseeing a team
• Demonstrated proficiency in assembling, structuring, and guiding high-quality teams
• Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to participate in the Nike Membership program
• Being digitally literate means having a strong willingness to learn and promptly adjust to the evolving requirements of technology
• Displaying flexibility and willingness to work a range of shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the company
• The job requires individuals to have the physical capability to rotate, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without necessary assistance.
• Competence in verbalizing concepts in the English language
• Preference is given to applicants who have obtained a high school diploma or GED, and having undertaken further education is seen as a positive attribute
