Roles and Duties:

• By prioritizing selling and service, we aim to deliver a faultless consumer journey marked by inspiration, engagement, and comprehensive understanding of our products.
• Team and Culture: Gives priority to team members by selecting, grooming, and retaining important talent.
• Encourages the maintenance of a safe, well-managed, and productive workplace through operational excellence.
• The essence of visual merchandising is the art of weaving narratives that intertwine sport and style seamlessly.
• Digital: Boosts and fosters the relationship between virtual and physical services by employing in-store mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• A track record of three years working in retail or customer service roles
• Experience in guiding a team for one year
• Proved ability in enrolling, constructing, and heading high-performance teams
• Vigor for engaging with consumers and encouraging them to become part of the Nike Members program
• Having digital literacy entails a keenness to understand and keep up with the demands of technology adeptly
• Having the flexibility and readiness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the business requirements
• Successful candidates should be capable of twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods with or without needed adjustments.
• Competence in the English language
• While a high school diploma or GED is recommended, the completion of higher education may be viewed positively
