Qualifications:

• Over a period of three years in the retail sector, tasks comprised supervising operational processes and interacting with customers in a manner that enhanced their shopping experience
• One year of being in a position of leading others
• Verified competence in drawing in, structuring, and guiding skilled teams
• Excitement surrounding the interaction with customers and motivating them to take part in the Nike Membership initiative
• Digital literacy includes the motivation to stay informed and adapt swiftly to the changing technological landscape
• Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the organization
• Candidates must exhibit the physical capacity to move, flex, lean, extend, climb up a ladder, and remain upright for prolonged periods, whether with or without essential aid.
• Proficiency in articulating thoughts in the English language
• Candidates are recommended to hold a high school diploma or GED, and any post-secondary education completed is regarded as a positive attribute
