Job Summary:

Join our Warehouse Team at US Foods and take the next step in your career with one of the nation’s largest foodservice distributors. We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals ready to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Warehouse Selectors start at $24.09 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $29.80 per hour within 90 days based on productivity. Roles and Duties:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders based on order selecting software and guidelines.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack safely.
• Ensure correct and damage-free products are selected.
• Transport pallets to the dock area and shrink-wrap orders for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by clearing debris, stacking empty pallets, and returning equipment to designated areas.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. repetitively.
• Must be able to move over 1,000 cases of product during each shift.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Willingness to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts required.
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles preferred (e.g., fitness, farming, construction, patient care).
• Previous experience selecting large-scale warehouse orders is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Rate: Starts at $24.09/hour and increases to $29.80/hour upon reaching 100% productivity within 90 days.
