Roles and Duties:

• Providing exceptional Selling and Service is our indispensable priority. We inspire, connect, and educate our consumers to ensure a remarkable experience.
• Gives Priority to Teammates by recruiting, training, and retaining important talent.
• Operational Excellence encourages the development and sustenance of a safe, structured, and efficient workplace.
• At the heart of Visual Merchandising lies the art of storytelling, with a particular focus on the world of athletics and fashion.
• Physical retail locations engage in-store tools to elevate the connection between their online and offline offerings, resulting in heightened digital experiences.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have a track record of at least three years in retail and/or consumer service
• 365 days of honing leadership qualities
• Exhibited proficiency in identifying, cultivating, and managing top talent to achieve optimal performance
• An eagerness to engage with customers and inspire them to become part of the Nike community
• A desire to learn and adapt to technology is crucial in today's competitive job market, as employers seek out tech-savvy individuals who can solve problems and innovate
• To meet the demands of the business, employees must be available to work a combination of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, adjusted according to the needs of the company
• The job specifications mandate the ability to perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for prolonged periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Talent to communicate effectively using the English language
• The preferred qualification for this job is a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, with preference given for additional post-secondary education
