Qualifications:

• Across three years of involvement in the retail sector, responsibilities encompassed supervising operational activities and engaging with clientele to ensure their satisfaction
• A year of experience overseeing a team
• Demonstrated skill in recruiting, organizing, and guiding top-tier teams
• Enthusiasm for interacting with consumers and inspiring their involvement in the Nike Membership program
• A key aspect of digital literacy is the drive to continuously learn and adapt to the ever-changing technological advancements
• Demonstrating flexibility and a readiness to work various shifts like mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on what the company requires
• The position necessitates that potential candidates have the physical capability to twist, stoop, lean, stretch, ascend a ladder, and stand for prolonged periods, with or without the required assistance.
• Competence in verbalizing concepts in the English language
• Applicants are required to have completed high school or obtained a GED, with further education being a desirable qualification to have
