Qualifications:

• In a three-year span within the retail industry, duties involved overseeing operational procedures and providing high-quality service to customers, resulting in a wealth of experience in both areas
• Having a year's worth of experience leading
• Shown adeptness in recruiting, structuring, and overseeing top-notch teams
• Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to participate in the Nike Membership program
• To be digitally literate, one must have a proactive approach towards learning and be able to adjust rapidly to the evolving technological demands
• Showing adaptability and being willing to work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on what is needed by the company
• Those interested in the position should be physically able to rotate, bend, crouch, reach, climb a ladder, and be on their feet for extended durations, with or without necessary support.
• Competence in verbalizing concepts in the English language
• Applicants are expected to have a high school diploma or GED, and any additional education completed would be considered a valuable asset
