Roles and Duties:

Qualifications:

• It is necessary to have at least three years of relevant experience in retail and/or consumer service
• 12 months of developing leadership abilities
• Showcased capability in building, nurturing, and directing dynamic teams that consistently surpass expectations
• A fervent commitment to connecting with buyers and encouraging them to join Nike's membership program
• A desire to learn and adapt to technology is crucial in today's competitive job market, as employers seek out tech-savvy individuals who can solve problems and innovate
• The business demands a workforce that is willing and able to work flexible schedules, covering shifts that span mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• To meet the physical requirements of the job, the candidate must possess the ability to perform activities including twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for long periods either with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently
• Although a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates who pursued post-secondary education will also be considered for the role
