Qualifications:

• Over a span of three years, working in the retail industry involved managing various aspects of operations and interacting with customers to deliver exceptional service
• An entire year in a role where leadership is required
• Verified competence in drawing in, structuring, and guiding skilled teams
• Excitement for the interaction with customers and encouraging their involvement in the Nike Membership initiative
• Having digital literacy entails the willingness to adapt quickly to the changing demands of technology while maintaining a desire for continuous learning
• Being flexible and open to working different shifts, like mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the company's requirements
• Candidates must exhibit the physical capacity to move, flex, lean, extend, climb up a ladder, and remain upright for prolonged periods, whether with or without essential aid.
• Knack for articulating ideas clearly in English
• Having a high school diploma or GED is the preferred qualification for applicants, with additional value placed on having pursued higher education after high school
