Qualifications:

• The job posting requires a background of three years' worth of experience in retail and/or consumer service
• One year of experience in leading a team
• Demonstrated skill in assembling and supervising motivated and competent teams that deliver top-notch performance
• A fervent commitment to connecting with buyers and encouraging them to join Nike's membership program
• Digital literacy is not just a skill set, but a mindset. It involves being curious, adaptable, and open to new ideas and approaches
• The success of the business requires employees who can work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by the company
• The job entails the applicant being capable of performing physical activities like twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and being able to stand for prolonged periods with or without reasonable modifications.
• Competence in understanding and responding in English
• While it's desirable that the candidate has a high school diploma or GED, higher education beyond that level will be a bonus
