Roles and Duties:

• Our primary goal is to provide exceptional Selling and Service, the cornerstone of our business. We strive to motivate, connect with you, and deliver extensive product knowledge to create a seamless and memorable consumer experience.
• Gives Importance to the Team and Culture by hiring, developing, and retaining critical staff.
• An essential aspect of Operational Excellence is building and maintaining a workplace environment that prioritizes safety, organization, and efficiency.
• By focusing on the narrative aspect of sport and style, Visual Merchandising offers an immersive shopping experience to customers.
• The employment of in-store tools facilitates online and offline services' interactivity and elevates the overall digital experience.

Qualifications:

• The job posting requires a background of three years' worth of experience in retail and/or consumer service
• Twelve consecutive months of leadership experience
• Displayed proficiency in building and guiding high-impact teams that reliably deliver exceptional results
• An unwavering enthusiasm for engaging with customers and inspiring them to join Nike's community
• Digital literacy is not just a skill set, but a mindset. It involves being curious, adaptable, and open to new ideas and approaches
• Employees are expected to have a versatile schedule and be available for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on the business's requirements
• Physical capabilities such as the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without accommodation are obligatory for this job.
• Proficiency in conveying ideas and understanding through the use of the English language
• While it's desirable that the candidate has a high school diploma or GED, higher education beyond that level will be a bonus
