Qualifications:

• A history of three years in retail operations and customer service
• Twelve months of leadership involvement
• Evidenced proficiency in attracting, structuring, and steering high-caliber teams
• Enthusiasm for connecting with clients and motivating them to sign up for Nike Membership benefits
• Being digitally literate involves the desire to learn and swiftly adjust to the evolving needs of technology
• Being open to working a mix of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in line with the business needs
• The job necessitates individuals to have the physical capability to rotate, bend, stoop, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without necessary support.
• Aptitude for English communication
• It is preferred for applicants to hold a high school diploma or GED, and having completed post-secondary education would be an asset
