Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least three years of experience working in the retail or consumer service sector
• A 12-month period of developing and refining leadership abilities
• Showcased capability in building, nurturing, and directing dynamic teams that consistently surpass expectations
• A deep dedication to connecting with buyers and encouraging them to become Nike Members
• Digital literacy is about having the ability to use technology efficiently and effectively, as well as the desire to continuously improve one's skills and knowledge
• To meet the demands of the business, employees must be available to work a combination of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, adjusted according to the needs of the company
• To fulfill the required demands of the job the applicant must possess the capacity to perform physical activities like twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and maintaining a standing position for prolonged periods, with or without reasonable adaptations.
• Talent to communicate effectively using the English language
• The preference for the role is that candidates have a high school diploma or have attained a GED; however, additional post-secondary education will be a bonus point
